MY ESSENTIAL OIL JOURNEY
Essential oils have changed my life and I want to show you how they can help you change yours.
About six years ago, I was going through a very rough phase in my life. Life felt like an uphill battle with no escape in sight. I had trouble sleeping, ate poorly, drowning in work deadlines and felt sick to my stomach with stress and crippling anxiety.
I knew something had to be done but didn't know who to turn to or where to begin.
Woke up one morning and decided a change of scenery was needed for my mental and emotional wellbeing.
Fortunately during my travel I met a beautiful soul who shared the knowledge and benefits of essential oils. So I purchased my first bottle of therapeutic-grade essential oil.
Soon after buying a bottle or two from the health food store and noticing the improvement in how I felt, I decided to invest in my health and knowledge. This information led me to a company which owned their own farm and was 100% transparent with their processes.
I wish I had known about essential oils YEARS AGO! Now I use my essential oils EVERY SINGLE DAY, because they actually work!
I created this small business of essential oils because
I have personal experience of suffering anxiety and know others who have too.
I am an extremely passionate individual and I want to help people manage their anxiety and reduce stress and learn about the immense healing power of Mother Nature.

WHAT ARE ESSENTIAL OILS
Essential oils are a safe, natural remedy and one of the most powerful forms of plant-based medicine in the world.
Essential oils are literally the “life-blood” of a plant.
A more specific definition is “volatile liquids and aromatic compounds found within shrubs, flowers, trees, roots, bushes, and seeds.”
It's important to point out that the distillation process makes essential oils highly concentrated and far more potent than dried herbs. It requires a huge amount of plant material to produce just a small amount of essential oil. For example, it takes roughly 116 plants to make one pound of lavender essential oil. Most essential oils are sold in 10ml bottles, each of which will contain around 200 drops.
This is one of the reasons that high-quality oils are so expensive and precious. Can you imagine growing, picking, and distilling that many plants, just for a small bottle of essential oil? That is a tremendous amount of work!
